If you’re ever looking for a document from a member of staff - and cant remember whether its in Sharepoint, email or OneDrive; Microsoft Delve will help you to find it.
You’ll find it in Office365: (Click on the 9 dots to get to the menu - below)

Delve collates the people you communicate most with and the files they’ve shared with you - either via email, Sharepoint or their OneDrive:

On the left you can see a list of staff.
In the ME section you can find easy access to files YOU have shared with others, plus easy access to OneDrive.
You can also search for a user.

You can create multiple 'Boards' of different people or Teams, along with their files, for easier access.
