Note that PaperCut calls it Cards or ID Numbers, not PINS. Do not set a PIN on your Card ID!
Each PC will have the following icon by the clock:
Double-click it.
You'll get your balance.
Click on details and the web browser will open. Log in with you normal PC logon details.
In the PaperCut Console you can check usage, balance carbon footprint etc.
Click Change Details
You'll be able to see your current PIN, or choose one to suit.
Important note: You PIN you use to log in to the printers is called the Card/ID Number. Do not change the PIN in the top section, make sure you are changing the Change Card/ID Number section.
When ready, click Change Number - do not click change PIN
Close your browser.
The change should be instant.
