Instead of using VGA splitter boxes, the new computers have multiple display outputs so both your screen and monitor are both connected into the computer.

Windows 10 sometimes detects the two screens but not that you actually want to use them together.


To check and fix, go to your desktop and right-click on it and select Display Settings


At the top of the Display Settings Window, there should be a picture of two monitors side-by-side (or a single monitor with 1|2 written in it).

If this is not the case, raise a tech support ticket.

If this is the case, scroll to the bottom of the Display Settings window:


Under Multiple Displays, if either Show Only on 1 or Extend These Displays is shown:

then drop-down the menu and select Duplicate These Displays:


Both your screen and the interactive screen will go black and should both then come on showing identical pictures.
