Complexity: Easy


By default, all whiteboard machines are set to duplicate your screen onto the whiteboard.

Older machines will have a splitter, newer machines will have two or three outputs directly connected to the PC - and are controlled by Window 10's Display Settings.

Newer machines may occasionally reset their settings and either extend your display (assuming your monitor and whiteboard are side-by-side) or only displaying on one screen. 

Powerpoint is well known to play around with desktop settings when you are publicly displaying a presentation. 


Fixing it is easy. (Three steps):

Right-click on the Desktop and click on Display Settings:



If you have two displays connected to your PC, Windows will show the Multiple Displays menu:



Drop down the menu ands select Duplicate these Displays:
