Logging On To Office365 and Emails

We use Microsoft Office 365 for Emails and for communicating with each other.
Office365 has lots of different Apps, some you can use online and some you can download, such as Word, Emails and Teams.
In other chapters you will find out how to download and install Microsoft Office to your computer (or tablet or phone!)
In this chapter you will find out how to log on and find the online apps and how to access your emails.
You can also Google Hednesford Valley High School
You can do this on PC, Mac, Tablet and Phones!
At the top of the screen, click Login:

Enter your email address firstname.surname@hvh.staffs.sch.uk:
Click Next
Enter your Password and click Sign In:
Welcome to Microsoft Office 365!

Your Apps are
all on this side
At the top of the screen is an online Start menu (the 9 dots), you can also access your apps here too:

At the bottom of the screen is a button that takes you to more apps. If you can't find an App using the instructions above then try in here:

Let's try getting onto our emails
From the main screen click this logo:

This will open the emails. (the app is called Microsoft Outlook).
To get back, simply click the 9 dots in the top corner of the emails:

The Start menu will open. Here you can select another app, or Click Office365-> to return to the home page.
