You can send files over email.
Your teacher may send you your work via email, or upload it to your Teams channel.
Here you will learn how to use work sent by email.
Open your email:

Here you can see the message and a Word document.
Some documents can be edited, some can't (like PDFs). Word (or other Office) documents can be edited.
They can also be edited online, using Word Online.
Simply click on the Word Document and it will open alongside the original email:

Click Edit and Reply
You can do this on any web browser
Word will load.Edit it just like you would if you were using Word on a PC at school.
It will save automatically.
When done, you can download a copy:

(the button is a the top of the screen)
To send it back to your teacher, look on the right-side of the screen to the original email:

The email can be edited too.
You'll notice, under the attachment, it tells you that you are editing it.
Type your reply to your Teacher and click the blue Paper Aeroplane:

Done!
This will work with any Office document: Word, Excel or Powerpoint
You can also send the document straight to the Word app on your desktop, tablet or mobile. These apps have more features than the online version. See the chapter on how to do this.
You cannot open or edit Publisher files. These will need downloaded to your Windows PC. There is no Publisher App for Phones, Tablets or Apple Mac
