Follow these instructions to log onto Teams for the first time.

Once done, you can simply load the Teams App from your device in future.If you are using a HVH School laptop, Teams will already be installed and you can skip this step and go to theLogging on to Teams Apps chapter


From the Office365 Home Page, Select Teams:



If you cannot find Teams, click on All Apps at the bottom of the screen:


The screen will list all available apps. Click on Teams from there.

You will be presented with the following screen:


Click the Purple Get the ==== app button to download Microsoft Teams to your device.

Depending on which device you are using it will ask you something slightly different:
PC: Get the Windows App
Mac: (shown in the picture above): Get the Mac app
iOS (iPad or iPhone): Download the App
Android Tablet or Phone: (Galaxy etc) Download the App

Some tablets or phones may tell you that your browser isn't supported. Just click Download the app.
Depending on your device, you may find your browser will download an installer , or you will be directed to your App Store to download the App.
Simply follow the instructions (on PC or Mac, you may need to go to your Downloads folder and run the installer from there).

Once installed, open the app (On Windows you'll find it on the desktop) and log in with your email and password.

If you are having problems, you can run Teams straight from your web browser, by clicking on Use the web app instead (see picture above), however this does not have the same features as the App, so should only be used if you really need to.
