Only Users or Extensions specifically set up to use iPCS will be accessible.
Please raise a support ticket if you wish to have an account, or be able to access your onsite phone from home.

The phone system has an app which can be downloaded to an Apple or Android phone.

Firstly go to the android or apple store to download the iPCS 2 App:

Once downloaded it needs to be configured to our system to be used. Remember to obtain an extension and/or password before attempting to do this.

Open up the App:

You'll notice the app look very similar to your own device's phone app.

Select Settings button at the bottom of the app.

Then under SERVER SETTINGS, tap on:
Server                          >

Enter the settings you have received by email.

If you have misplaced the settings, click here: https://desk.zoho.eu/portal/hvhs/en/kb/articles/ipcs-settings (You will need to login to see them)

Back out of the Settings and return to the previous screen. The new settings will shown in the setting screen.

To connect the app to the phone system, simply turn the Enabled switch on.

If set up correctly the App will show Connected in the Status window and an IP address in the Address field.

You can now click on the Calls button at the bottom of the screen and make your calls. You can also call other extension numbers:

Things to note:

If you are using an extension used by a physical phone, that phone will not operate while you are logged in to the app.

The app will work on site or off site, on Wifi or 4G. You can disable 4G by ticking the 'Wifi Only' button in Settings.

If someone calls you on your mobile while you are in a call in the app, you mobile call will divert to voicemail.

The app will not normally release the connection if you lock you phone, so ensure you untick 'Enabled' to disconnect and hand the line back to your office phone.
