Once logged in, you are taken to the main school dashboard:



It is split into three panels: Groups, Tasks and Computers.                 Along the top are the tasks

Support Staff have less options that teaching staff. The view above is the Teaching staff view.


The groups are split into two main groups: Computers and Students.

The Computer group is split into classrooms. This is so you can easily find the PC or user you are looking for.



The Computer panel shows the PCs in the group. If they are green, they are switched on. If grey they are off. You'll see here they all say NO USER. This means no one is logged in. If someone was logged into the PC you would see their username there.

At the top of the window is List View - the view you are looking at. And Thumbnail view. This shows a small thumbnail view with what is on each screen so you can monitor all of the PCs in the room at once.


Putting a tick in the box next to the PC selects the PC and you can select a Task form the top panel to apply to that PC.

If you do not select a PC, it will apply the task to the whole group.

Make sure you are not applying a Shut Down command to the whole school!


You cannot see the screens of, or control, staff PCs - but you can send them a chat message.
