Log onto Senso.

Click the Cog in the top corner to go to the Admin Console:

On the left menu, click MS Teams Logging

This will take you to a dashboard similar to the dashboard for computer logging:

Here you see the date/time of the violation, site, phrase/image, severity, user who triggered the violation, user the message was sent to (if it says channel then it was to the main chat in the Team, if its a user or group of users listed then it was a private chat), Channel name (so General would mean the main Teams chat so everyone could see. Private means a private chat).

Note Severe or Critical violations are NOT automatically emailed to DSLs, unlike PC violations which are.

Click on the violation to see it.

Here you can see the violation. On the right, you can see a notes box and a drop down menu. It would be advisable to note what you have found and what you have done about it (or if its a false positive) and click Save. This means other staff won't follow up on it too.

For Urgent or Critical violations is it essential you follow it up and write what you have done in the Notes section

Too see it in context, click the View Chat Transcript button:

Here you can see the chat and the context.

You can screenshot this and add it to a MyConcern if required.
