Reset Password/Disable User Account

To reset a student password, log onto the Senso and select any switched on PC.
You need to select a PC because it is this PC that communicates with the server to tell it to reset the password.
From the task panel, select Reset Pass

If you cannot see the button, you might need to scroll along the panel: (click the arrow to scroll)
When you select Reset Pass, the task panel will appear in the Group panel on the left of the screen:

simply enter the user name, their new password in to the boxes and click RUN.
You cannot set blank passwords
Disabling an Account
To disable a user account (ban them) or unban them, switch the Disable User Account switch to ON.
If the account is already disabled, the switch will not say ON. To keep it disabled you will need to switch it back ON before clicking run. Likewise, to enable the account leave the switch OFF and click run.
You do not need to change the password to enable to disable an account. Just leave the password field blank.
