If you are missing some features, or having some issues then it could be your laptop requires an update.
Microsoft regularly update Windows 10 with newer versions. We delay these to make sure they work but you can force download the update.
Also manufacturers release software updates with can fix problems with your laptops (such as display issues, camera issues etc) using the Microsoft Updates.
Dell, HP and Acer in particular do this.
You laptop will generally update install automatically, however if you are experiencing problems, force a manual update.
go to Start and click the Cog (settings):

Select Update & Security:

Make sure you're in the Windows Update page.
You'll see that this laptop says it's up to date. Let's make doubly sure. Click Check for Updates:

This will trigger a check. It might take a few minutes.

Here Windows Update has found some updates to Antivirus Software, Windows 10 and some other services.
(HP Laptops may want to install Display Driver - if you're getting the 'fuzzy screen' this update should fix this)
(Acer laptops will want to update the firmware - or BIOS - which will make the laptop behave oddly when it reboots. Let it finish and everything will return to normal!)
Let's download these updates:

When done, it might ask you to reboot. Click Restart now:

Your laptop may sit on this screen for a while before restarting.
It may also sit on this screen once it has booted back up. This is normal.
It may even reboot several times. Again, this is normal. Just wait for it to complete.
It might take hours, depending on what updates have been installed.
Windows Feature Updates will take the longest.

Once done, follow the step above to back into Windows Update and check again for updates. Sometime installing some updates will trigger other ones.
If so, repeat all the steps above until you get the following screen:

You're now up to date.
If you're still experiencing issues, please raise a ticket.
